Vertical Electric Water Smoker Grills
Electric Smokers are a great way to smoke a turkey or a roster chicken.
Of course they work great for all types of smoking including fish, pork and
beef. An Electric Smoker allows you to start the smoking and walk away. Turkeys
take an entire day to smoke and an electric smoker provides you with heat that
does not require re-stoking the charcoal. Just check on the water level every
now and then and the meat thermometer and before you know it your electric
smoker has cooked your meal to perfection. In cold weather wrap your electric
smoker in a hot water heater blanket to improve heat retention, cook faster and
save power.
NOTE: If you are using an extension cord it should only be using one
under 5 feet. Extension cords longer than that will lower the wattage of the

Vertical Smokers have a gap at the top where the lid fits into the body of the
smoker. This is normal and is set to be loose to provide for the top vent so
that the smoker can breath. The gap is preset to allow the right amount of
venting.
