For indirect cooking, a charcoal or wood fire is built on the left side of the cooking chamber and food is placed on the right side of the cooking chamber. An adjustable side air vent combines with the smokestack damper to regulate heat and smoke. This Brinkmann smoker also works as a large capacity grill. Constructed of super heavy gauge steel. Other features include three adjustable cooking levels, wooden utility shelf, molded wheels, wood storage rack and pre-drilled hole for temperature gauge.Temperature gauge not included. Black.
