This Bayou Classic Bayou Smoker Grill is the BIG daddy of all of Bayou Classic Bayou Smoker Grills. This Bayou Smoker Grill not only includes the handy firebox, this Bayou Smoker Grill includes a large smoker pit with side door. This Bayou Smoker Grill’s smoker pit has three stainless steel grates which makes the perfect sized smoking chamber. The smoker pit includes its own thermometer so you can watch the temperature of your chamber without opening. So with the BIG daddy Bayou Smoker Grill, you can choose to build a fire in the firebox and smoke the entire unit OR you may choose to just use the vertical smoker (smoker pit) by building a fire directly in the smoker pit.
