Before we talk about BBQ Pits any further, we want you to know about Texas BBQ. We like our meat smoked not cooked directly over the fire. Wood, not charcoal usually provides the heat for our style of cooking. We have won numerous awards from BBQ Competitions proving our BBQ Pits and cooking methods are the best in the business!
