Place another sheet on top of each, close the lids and press the two large, comfortable patty-presser buttons down to compact the meat. Patty weights conveniently marked to keep your patties the same size, every time! The spring-loaded, patty-pressing design compacts the patty tightly, so your patties will not fall apart on the grill. Adjustable patty thickness of up to 1-1/2" thick.
